Perry Clayman was born and raised in North London and was a graduate of The London School of Economics.  He is a successful serial entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience in the medical services industry. Driving his entrepreneurialism is his passion to help people achieve their full potential.

He started his career with the formulation of the Perry Clayman Employment Agency Limited Company. This company specialized in the recruitment of legal professionals servicing the pharmaceutical space. He was passionate about the legal and regulatory potential of drug agencies and how that could be empowered by qualified customer centric professionals. In his 20 years servicing global clients such as GSK, Merck, Novartis, Serono, Johnson and Johnson and Roche, he placed 1000’s of qualified individuals to successfully launch life saving drugs.

Driven by his passion to help people achieve their full potential and driven by over 22 years of recovery himself he saw a huge gap in the market to serve people to achieve recovery. He founded the Perry Clayman Project in 2004 with the belief that every person suffering from addiction should be able to access quality abstinence-based treatment at an affordable cost. Over the course of 20 years PCP has grown to be one of the leading treatment provides for substance misuse in the UK providing access to more than 50 bed spaces across multiple locations in Wales and England.

Over the course of 20 years the management of PCP has been focused on high quality, safety, and patient care. Founded in a twelve step program recovery process that has successfully helped millions of people in the world recover from addiction. Perry has focused on each centre to provide high quality compliance, safety and a personal therapeutic care program for each patient. From this focus he has achieved good quality care commission standards and a high recovery rate. He is also very passionate about ensuring high quality aftercare at each centre to continue to give back to the community.

His biggest source of pride is his team’s recovery rate that he sees across his clients and is proud that greater than 70% of his staff are PCP former patients who have achieved their full potential and a fuller happier life.

Extending the desire to transform lives in 2012 he set up PCP Supported Housing charity. A secondary housing project to enable patients to take their next steps in building their lives in sobriety.

Personally, Perry is an avid Arsenal fan and enjoys spending quality time with his children and family in London.
